Vancouver, British Columbia, November 21, 2022 – Arizona Silver Exploration Inc. (TSXV: AZS) (OTCQB: AZASF), announces that the Company has been granted an extension by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV“) to complete the previously announced private placement (the “Private Placement”) of common share units for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CDN$2,000,000, by no later than December 19, 2022.

Completion of the Private Placement remains subject to the approval of the Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory four month hold period. The Company may pay finder’s fees in accordance with the rules and policies of the Exchange.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX) have approved this release.
